A. Our physical address is 21610 Crestline Road, Palomar Mountain Ca - 92060. We are located in the building to the left of the Palomar mountain Volunteer Fire Dept.

A. The Center is run by a Board of Directors:
The CCPM Board of Directors works closely with the Palomar Mountain Volunteer Fire Board who own the land that the Center is built on.
