She lives in Orange County with her husband and two children, but owns property on Palomar where she spends a great deal of her time. As PIO for the Palomar Mountain Volunteer Fire Dept and with a background in hospitality, catering, event planning, and fundraising, Tracey is no stranger to volunteer work and has a strong sense of community spirit. Click to email Tracey Secretary - Louise Walls Louise Walls is a retired Administrative Assistant and has been a mountain resident for 8-1/2 years. She is the wife of Earl Walls, who designed the new Center and managed the remodel project.
